Garments Traffic Light System For Garments industry

How to maintain Traffic Light System follow below instruction. 

Sample Size = 10 pcs from in an One Bundle.

Checking Every Two Hours Each and Every Process by Line Quality Controller .

Have to check 10 pcs Every Process.

First Counting Bundle to check Qty are Ok.

After that start checking the garment. Traffic light marking system as below.

System :

Ø Found no Defect = Green Light Mark.

Process ok and continue production

Ø Found 01 Defect = Yellow Light Mark.

Cap : Trained Operator and informed supervisor & Line Chief, if Maintenance Problem rectify by Mechanic .

Ø Found 02 Defect = Red Light Mark.

Cap :  stop production, Trained Operator and informed supervisor & Line Chief, follow up Two Time Same Process   if Maintenance Problem rectify by Mechanic 

Ø Found 03 Defect = Black Light Mark.

Cap :  stop the process inform to  line chief, supervisor and production Manager .same time last two hours all the garments have to check by controller & quality inspectors. If garments have any problem all have to rectify, after that Trained Operator and informed, same operation will check every half hour till quality is good, if Maintenance Problem rectify by Mechanic.
